The three piece correction mouthpiece with copper bars and sweet iron adds mild palate pressure to encourage the horse to break at the poll; allowing correction without creating intimidation. This bit has a pinch-free mouth piece design on a classic style shank.

NOTE: This bit will rust when exposed to moisture. This creates a sweet taste in the horse's mouth and promotes salivation.
