Customer Service Information
Returns or Exchanges
All items must be sent back with original tags attached within 60 days of purchase. You may return an item for credit or you may exchange the item. Sale items may only be returned for store credit or an exchange. Should you need to return/exchange an item, please fill out the Return Authorization form that is included with your package. Make sure you include a daytime phone number in case we have any questions regarding your return/exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Pards.com reserves the right to verify suspicious orders. We also reserve the right to cancel any order based on credit card fraud.
Pard's is a retailer only; we do not sell in bulk or wholesale quantities. Prices are subject to change, they will be changed on the website to reflect in-store adjustments. You will be charged the price that is shown on your order. Occasionally, there are mistakes made on our site. If there is a price or size that is inaccurate we will let you know the correct information as soon as we are notified or the error is found.

Most items are shipped within 24 hours of the customer placing the order. However, there are items that may be on back order or even sold out. In these cases, you will be notified via email of an orders status.
If you have an item that needs to be shipped via air, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 800.334.5726. Due to various package sizes we do not offer air at a standard rate.
Shipping orders internationally will require an additional charge not shown on our site. We do however charge the least expensive method unless the customer requests a specific shipping method. NOTE: We do not ship orders to Nigeria.
